Baking, done properly
- 🇪🇸 Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain

- Since 1994
- English, Spanish
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1994 in Alcalá de Henares and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
