Pilar G. Bravo

  • 🇪🇸 Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain
  • Alcalá de Henares Kitchen
  • Since 1980
  • Spanish
I run Alcalá de Henares Kitchen in Alcalá de Henares. We started in 1980 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher. On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I like to keep things simple and honest.

More about Pilar

I still cook the same soup every Friday.
