Pietro Romano
Mentor in software and leadership
- 🇮🇹 Verona, Veneto, Italy
- Verona Youth Network
- Since 1994
- Italian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,790 people through Verona Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Pietro
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first software job in 1998. I still have your notes! Thank you again.
