Piet Marcel Van Beek
Computer science and design and technology teacher, The Hague
- 🇳🇱 The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands
- Since 1978

The Hague Middle School is my second home. I teach computer science there since 1978, mostly the youngest children.
Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Piet
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me computer science in 2019 at The Hague Middle School. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays. Greetings from Anaheim.
