Pichai Pongsak Srisai
Leadership mentor, Bangkok
- 🇹🇭 Bangkok, Bangkok, Thailand
- Bangkok Community Trust
- Since 1984
- English, Thai
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,260 people through Bangkok Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Pichai
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
