Philipp Krause
Mentor in entrepreneurship and design
- 🇩🇪 Augsburg, Bavaria, Germany
- Augsburg Youth Network
- 2018 to 2025
- German
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 370 people through Augsburg Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Philipp
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
