Peyton C. Kirby
Youth chess coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 Brooklyn, New York, United States
- Beacon Sports Club
- Since 2010
- English
I've coached chess at Beacon Sports Club since 2010. Most of my players were between 10 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Peyton
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
