Engineering mentor, Berlin

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,070 people through Berlin Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Petra
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
