Helping people break into design
- 🇩🇪 Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
- Essen Learning Hub
- Since 2016
- German
For ten years I've mentored people in design and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Peter
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Peter: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
