Peter Joseph Okello
Coached swimming for twelve years in Nairobi
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi Youth Club
- 2013 to 2025
- English, Swahili
I coached swimming at Nairobi Youth Club from 2013 to 2025. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I played music while people worked.
More about Peter
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
