- Westbrook Quartet
- 2004 to 2021

I play oud and songwriting. I started in 2004 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 17 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Perla
I wrote my first song when I was 14. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Perla: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
