I work mostly in embroidery, sometimes illustration. My first show was in 1990 at Little Makati Print Workshop, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by my grandmother's kitchen. I'm always reading two books at once.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
