I've coached cricket at Hillcrest Athletic Club since 2007. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Peng
If you played for me, you probably remember the surprise birthday cake.
What gifts mean to Peng: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
