Peng Hao Zhong
Mentor in small business and design
- 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
- Since 1986
- English, Mandarin
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,760 people through Bakersfield Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
