Pedro T. Urbina
21 years teaching English literature in Columbus
- 🇺🇸 Columbus, Georgia, United States
- Jacaranda High School
- 2003 to 2017
- English, Spanish
For 14 years I was the English literature teacher at Jacaranda High School. I taught Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Pedro
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Pedro: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me English literature in 2025 at Jacaranda High School. I still remember the surprise birthday cake. Thank you again.
