Helping people break into first-generation students

For 42 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Pedro: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first first-generation students job in 1993. I still have your notes. Thank you again.
