Helping people break into leadership
- 🇺🇸 Glendale, Arizona, United States
- Glendale Foundation
- 1984 to 2014
- English, Spanish
For 30 years I've mentored people in leadership and recovery. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.

You helped me get my first leadership job in 1986. I still have your notes. Greetings from Mérida.
