Pedro Correia
Engineering mentor, Niterói
- 🇧🇷 Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Niterói Community Trust
- Since 1996
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 660 people through Niterói Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Pedro
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Pedro: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
