I taught Spanish at Liberty Girls' School in Los Angeles from 1985 to 2002. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
I ran the debate team after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I garden badly but happily.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Pedro: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
