Helping people break into software
- 🇦🇷 Mendoza, Mendoza, Argentina
- 1989 to 2005
- Spanish
For 16 years I've mentored people in software and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Pedro
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Pedro: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
