14 years teaching biology in Peoria
- 🇺🇸 Peoria, Illinois, United States
- Lakeview Academy
- Since 1980
- English, Spanish
For 46 years I have been the biology teacher at Lakeview Academy. I teach Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 2,670 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Pedro
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Pedro: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me biology in 2020 at Lakeview Academy. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand

A small gift is a big thank-you.
