For eight years I was the Spanish teacher at Mumbai Grammar School. I taught Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 220 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Payal: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me Spanish in 2003 at Mumbai Grammar School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
