Payal S. Arora

Self-taught woodcarving artist

  • 🇮🇳 Saket, Delhi, India
  • Saket Gallery
  • Since 1993
  • English
I'm a woodcarving artist based in Saket. I've been making things since 1993 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives. Most of my work is inspired by the people on my bus route. I garden badly but happily.

More about Payal

I've had 10 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

Mediums

Woodcarving
What gifts mean to Payal: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
