Helping people break into design
- 🇮🇳 Mangaluru, Karnataka, India
- Highland Mentoring Circle
- Since 1999
- English, Hindi
For 27 years I've mentored people in design and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I never raise my voice.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Payal
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Payal: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
