I'm a softball coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 430 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

You coached me in 2002. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Bhopal.

I still think about the long bus ride home. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Freiburg.
