Payal L. Dhawan
Mentor in engineering and first-generation students
- 🇮🇳 Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
- Since 1987
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,130 people through Pioneer Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
