Welding for 33 years in Nottingham

I've worked in welding since 1993. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 690 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Paweł
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
