Pavithra T. Kurup
Volunteer mentor with Vadodara Mentoring Circle
- 🇮🇳 Vadodara, Gujarat, India
- Since 2018
- English, Telugu, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 270 people through Vadodara Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Pavithra
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Pavithra: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
