Pavithra P. Das
Mentor in nursing and law school
- 🇮🇳 Rohini, Delhi, India
- Redwood Community Trust
- 1980 to 2015
- English, Telugu
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,000 people through Redwood Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Pavithra
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Pavithra: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
