Pavithra E. Rajan
Retired physical education teacher from Mumbai Secondary School
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- 1986 to 2013
- English, Tamil
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 27 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I watch every football match going. Inside it, I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Pavithra
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Pavithra: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me physical education in 2017 at Mumbai Secondary School. I still remember that terrible school play. Greetings from Shubra.
