Pavel Viktor Kovalenko
Athletics and fitness coach, Kyiv
- 🇺🇦 Kyiv, Kyiv, Ukraine
- Kyiv Community Club
- Since 2010
- English, Ukrainian
I've coached athletics at Kyiv Community Club since 2010. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Pavel
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
