Carpentry, done properly
- 🇧🇩 Narayanganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- The Gateway Shop
- Since 2008
- English, Bengali, Spanish
I've worked in carpentry since 2008. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 880 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
More about Pavel
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Pavel: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
