Paulo Renato Almeida
Mentor in trades and public speaking
- 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
- Holy Cross Association
- Since 1994
- Portuguese, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,440 people through Holy Cross Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
More about Paulo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
