Paulo Coelho
Helping people break into nursing
- 🇧🇷 Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil
- Campinas Mentoring Circle
- Since 1994
- Portuguese, English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,060 people through Campinas Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
