Paulo Alexandre Monteiro
Youth martial arts coach and mentor
- 🇧🇷 Vitória da Conquista, Bahia, Brazil
- Vitória da Conquista Swimming Club
- Since 1991
- Portuguese, English
I've coached martial arts at Vitória da Conquista Swimming Club since 1991. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Paulo: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
