I taught early years at Gateway Public School in Bogotá from 1985 to 2023. Most days I taught Grade 6, and I played music while people worked.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I played music while people worked.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Paula
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
