Paula R. Vargas
Coached swimming for 15 years in Barcelona
- 🇪🇸 Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain
- Barcelona Athletic Club
- 2010 to 2025
- English
I coached swimming at Barcelona Athletic Club from 2010 to 2025. Most of my players were between 10 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Paula: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
