Paula M. Duarte
Youth rugby coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- Willow Creek Football Club
- Since 1978
- English, Spanish
I've coached rugby at Willow Creek Football Club since 1978. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Paula
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Paula: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
