Paula Ingrid Werner
Mentor in trades and engineering
- 🇩🇪 Hamburg, Hamburg, Germany
- Bamboo Association
- Since 2009
- German
For 17 years I've mentored people in trades and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
