Paul Simiyu Temba
Painter, potter and teacher at Old Liberty Studio
- 🇹🇿 Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Old Liberty Studio
- Since 1979
- English, Swahili
I work mostly in printmaking, sometimes oil painting. My first show was in 1979 at Old Liberty Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Old Liberty Studio, which keeps me honest.
What gifts mean to Paul: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
