Paul Paul Uba
18 years teaching history in Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Riverside Grammar School
- 2003 to 2011
- English, Spanish
I taught history at Riverside Grammar School in Lagos from 2003 to 2011. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Paul
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Paul: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
