Paul Onyango Swai

24 years teaching astronomy at Eastgate Polytechnic

  • 🇹🇿 Dodoma, Dodoma, Tanzania
  • Since 1984
  • English, Swahili
I've spent 42 years as a lecturer in astronomy at Eastgate Polytechnic in Dodoma. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more. Former students now work as a postal worker and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.

More about Paul

Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.

What gifts mean to Paul: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
