Mentor in small business and recovery

For 17 years I've mentored people in small business and recovery. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

You never charged a cent and gave me more than any course could. Greetings from Bakersfield.

You helped me get my first small business job in 2025. I still have your notes. Thank you again.
