Baking, done properly

My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 2000 in Kingston and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Paul
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
