For 32 years I ran the cross country program at Ikeja Community Club in Ikeja. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
