I've coached cricket at Paris Football Club since 2001. Most of my players were between 10 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Paul
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Paul: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
