Patrick Stéphane Fernandez
Master of carpentry, now teaching apprentices
- 🇫🇷 Lyon, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France
- Kilimanjaro Workshop
- Since 1986
- French
My trade is carpentry. I opened my own shop in 1986 in Lyon and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
What gifts mean to Patrick: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
