Patrick F. Clarke
Cross country and fitness coach, Spanish Town
- 🇯🇲 Spanish Town, Saint Catherine, Jamaica
- Spanish Town Crescent Athletic Club
- 1985 to 2016
- English
I coached cross country at Spanish Town Crescent Athletic Club from 1985 to 2016. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
