Patricia N. Mendoza
Teaching mentor, Lapu-Lapu
- 🇵🇭 Lapu-Lapu, Cebu, Philippines
- Since 1988
- English, Filipino
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,820 people through Holy Cross Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
More about Patricia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
