I teach biology and economics at Sakura Academy, Tucson. I learn every name in the first week.
Over the years I've had 1,990 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Patricia: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
